Team

Behind the scenes of Apple Forever are hundreds of hard-working men and women who risk their lives every day in order to keep the site going… Ok, not really. But hey, you believed it for a second there, didn’t you?

In reality, its just Jacob and me, Stuart. And we are just as productive as hundreds of hard-working men and women! Anyway, here’s a little bit about the team.

Stuart Wagner

Co-founder

Stuart grew up in a modern household. There was a refrigerator, a blender, and a TV. Life was good. Then came the cruel day that changed Stuart’s life forever. There, on the doorstep, stood a package. Inside, a computer, an evil machine fueled by Windows, a freakishly mutated operating system created in a remote, underground laboratory, by a mad programmer with a fake Harvard degree, Bill “Frankenstein” Gates. The horrible machine engulfed Stuart’s childhood dreams and turned them into a never-ending progress bar.

Years later, after many sessions with psychiatrists, Stuart had finally built up the courage to come near a computer again. Only this time, it was a Mac, a loving creature that encouraged and cherished his dreams and visions. His creativity thrived under the guidance of the friendly Apple spirit.

Some time later on, he met another Apple fanatic like himself, Jacob Haug, with whom he founded Apple Forever, a mission to rid the world of the evil, mutated OS named Windows, which still roams our blue planet today.

Currently, Stuart lives in Ithaca, NY, USA. He enjoys web and graphic design, blogging about Apple, and tweeting.

Jacob Haug

Co-founder

Multimedia Specialist, Jacob Haug, is a professional freelance website designer and developer. He spends the majority of his time in website development; and is a full time student pursuing a dual degree in Web Technologies and Digital Media. Jacob donates many hours each day helping the web community with technical aspects of website design and development.

Jacob founded the Creative Coding Newsletter, which is a monthly newsletter sent out to thousands of web designers and developers. He served as Lead Administrator on Webforumz, which is one of the largest Web Design and Development communities on the internet. Jacob’s recent venture caused him to step down as Lead Administrator on Webforumz, and as Editor-in-Chief of Creative Coding.

His current project is The Web Squeeze. A new, “fresh” Web Design and Development community dedicated to helping make the internet a better place!
